The North Face Endurance Challenge 2-Day Race Adventure

Run in Peru takes care of all of your logistics, meals, translation barriers (if they apply), and creates a hassle-free experience for you in Peru, so that you can simply run and enjoy The North Face Endurance Race.

THE RACE

Friday TBD, 2020 (Miraflores, Lima): Meet & Greet fellow racers, Healthy Carb-Load Dinner, Race Entry Pack collection, and general race overview & guidelines.

Saturday TBD, 2020 (Pachacamac):Race Day! Participate in any of these four races (logistics will depend on what race you are participating in):

80K: 00:00 am Start Time / +4200m Elevation / Est. Race Time 9hrs-15hrs
50K: 3:00 am Start Time /. +2700m Elevation / Est. Race Time 5hrs – 11hrs
21K: 6:30 am Start Time / +1100m Elevation / Est. Race Time 2hrs – 5:30hrs
10K: 7:30 am Start Time / +400m Elevation / Est. Race Time 45m-2hrs

After the race we will have a nice big farm-fresh celebratory lunch at a local eco-lodge before heading back to Lima.

Accommodations in Lima, the night of Friday, TBD

Saturday post-race Drinks

Day 1: Friday TBD, 2020 Meet & Greet Pre-Race Dinner
Meet and Greet in Miraflores, Lima with other racers. We will distribute Race Entry Kits, review race information, and eat a nice healthy carb load dinner, ideal for the evening before a race.
Day 2: Saturday TBD, 2020 Race Day!
We will meet in Miraflores, Lima at varying times to head to Pachacamac where the race will be held. 50k and 80k racers will leave during the night, and 10k, and 21k will leave early Saturday morning.
After the race we will head out to celebrate at a local farm-fresh eco-lodge, Chaxras, eat some great Peruvian dishes, have drinks and laughs with other racers before returning to Miraflores late afternoon or early evening.

Accommodation

Accommodations are not included in this package.

You will need to stay in Lima Friday, I recommend staying in Miraflores, as we will be leaving for the race from Miraflores.

If you are racing in the 50k, or 80k and prefer to camp the night before, we can help arrange this at the base of the race. The North Face offers an area to camp in if racers bring their own camping equipment. Renting camping gear can be arranged, please contact us to get a quote.

50k and 80k racers get ready to start the race at night
