Llanganuco Mountain Trail Race Details
Race Day: Saturday, July 18, 2020 (subject to change)
This is the true all-around race and camping experience of the year in Peru. This is not just a race, it is a social experience which comprises of camping/glamping in the mountains (other options available), and uniting with international runners alike, creating a community, and pushing eachother to reach new challenges, experiencing what many Peruvians claim to be the most beautiful trail run Peru has to offer.
The race is organized and centered at Hotel Llanganuco Mountain Lodge, 25 mins from the entrance to the Huascaran National Park, 1.5 hours from Yungay, Ancash (3 hours from Huaraz). It is ITRA (International Trail Running Association) certified and insures well marked trails and water and aid stations throughout.
